The Register reports that WordPress now accounts for 30% of the web!

Based on findings from web-watchers at W³Techs, on the 5th of March 2018 it showed WordPress’s share of the top 10 million websites had hit 30%!

WordPress also outstrips its nearest competitor Joomla by a margin of 10 to 1.

Interestingly the findings indicate that heavy advertisers Wix and Squarespace, have only 0.5 and 0.9 per cent share among CMS users respectively.
